The following product updates and utility programs are available to customers with current maintenance agreements. Contact Mil-Pac (email or call 760-788-3030) for access.

This is a full product release that will replace existing software and use your existing data and activation code. This package may also be used for first time installation with an activation key provided by Mil-Pac customer service.

MIL-Comply Update

Installation Instructions

  1. Download a software update by clicking a [Download Now] button.
  2. Open the self-extracting installation (.MSI) file that was downloaded, follow the instructions.
  3. Should you have problems with Windows blocking the download or installation refer to Unblocking Product Downloads.
  4. Contact Technical Support if you have any questions or need help.

Administrative rights may be required to perform the installation.

Supplemental Components (may require separate license)

VSM FOB Destination shipments require a separate web services client. Once installed you should not need to update it unless the VSM software tells you to.  The Secure Transfer Client may be used when SFTP/SSH is required for transmitting WAWF transactions to the Mil-Pac VAN.

Secure Transfer Client

Installs the SFTP/SSH client for communications with the Mil-Pac Value-Added Network (VAN).  Requires a current VAN subscription.

VSM Destination Client

Processing FOB Destination shipments in VSM requires this specialized web services client. 

DD1149 Form Update (2016)

Updates Shipper’s DD1149 form to the 2016 version.  Instructions:

  1. Click [Download Now]
  2. Rt-Click on each of the four files, then Save link as to download to your Downloads folder (or wherever you normally would).  
  3. Copy/move the files to your C:\Program Files (x86)\Mil-Pac\milComply folder.  You may need administrative rights for this step.   Be sure not to change the file names.

Requires a previously installed MIL-Comply Shipper with an appropriate license.  This update is unnecessary for Release 1.6.0254 and later.
