Comply/MSL is a limited use version of Comply/Labeling restricted to the printing of the Military Shipment Labels. It is made available at no cost or obligation to qualified members of the Defense supply chain community. A password is required for download. Request access.
Comply/MSL does not support thermal-transfer printers in their native languages (e.g., ZPL). Nor does permit use of SQL Server or SQL Express, which may limit the ability for multiple users to share a database. These features require a licensed version of Comply/Labeling. Comply/MSL download cannot be used to update, or in place of, a licensed MIL-Comply installation. Mil-Pac reserves the right to refuse requests.

Installation Instructions
- Download Comply/MSL software by clicking the [Download Now] button.
- Open the self-extracting installation (.MSI) file that was downloaded, follow the instructions.
- Should you have problems with Windows blocking the download or installation refer to Unblocking Product Downloads.
- Review the Installation / Upgrade Guides above for information on setting up your software.
- Contact Technical Support if you have any questions or need help.
Administrative rights may be required to perform the installation.
