Getting Help from Mil-Pac

Technical support is provided under software maintenance agreements.  All new support requests must be registered online using the link below. This will result in the creation of a Support Ticket, which will be confirmed by email.
Customer Service

Those without a current maintenance agreement are urged to get one, both for access to support and to receive software upgrades.
